UCTECH (Unified Communication Technology) builds software for organisations whose customer communication cannot fail: call centres, financial institutions, healthcare providers, service companies and telecom operators.

Our three platforms — CRM, PBX and SMS — share one engineering team, one deployment toolkit and one support process. Customers choose hosted SaaS or an on-premises installation and can move between them as their requirements change.
